Reconciliation Australia

Measuring the state of reconciliation within Australia

The State of Reconciliation report is a significant research report produced by Reconciliation Australia and released every four years. A full report and a summary report is produced. The report identifies significant areas of progress by using the five dimensions—Historical Acceptance, Race Relations, Equality and Equity, Institutional Integrity, and Unity as a basis upon which we can understand the reconciliation effort, track progress and identify areas of need. The report uses real examples on how we can progress each dimension, and reconciliation overall.

It also identifies the challenges and areas that require more effort in order to move forward.
