Providing meaningful career pathways
ANZ required a visual identity that would appeal to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to consider meaningful career pathways across a wide range of roles available within ANZ.
This concept is inspired by traditional Aboriginal iconography for ‘meeting place’ and symbolises a culturally safe and inclusive meeting place within ANZ for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees.
The career pathways lead into the inner concentric circles which visually express the overarching support by ANZ to provide meaningful career pathways and opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The pathway lines that appear on the right hand side symbolise the employees gathering of knowledge and experience, equipping them well for their future careers.
